Pre-contract Information
This form sets out the information given to the buyer before the contract is concluded, for subscription, module and service orders placed on payments.u2aistudio.com and paid by bank transfer against our invoice. Sales by bank transfer are made to companies only (merchants and legal entities); we do not sell to consumers.

Service
The product chosen in the order is either a time-limited subscription to a software product delivered over the internet (software as a service) or a one-off module or service (FinTech modules, AI DevOps man-hours, proof of concept, innovation rating, simulation film). The main features of the product are described on the product and pricing pages. Product, plan, period and quantity ordered: the details chosen in the order form.
Price and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. The taxes that apply and the total including taxes are shown on the pro forma invoice sent after the order; no contract is concluded before that amount is paid. For buyers resident in Türkiye the price is a fixed Turkish lira amount, calculated at the forex selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye on the pro forma date and written on the pro forma invoice; it is not indexed to a foreign currency.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account given on the pro forma invoice, with the order code in the transfer description.
Performance
For subscriptions, access details are sent to the buyer's e-mail address within two business days after the payment reaches our account. For one-off modules and services, our team writes to the buyer within the same time to set the start and delivery schedule. All deliveries are online: software is used in a web browser and, for some products, also through iOS and Android apps; reports, files and films are delivered electronically. If an on-premises installation is wanted, the installation work is invoiced separately by the AI DevOps man-hour.
Term, renewal and ending
The subscription runs for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). For subscriptions paid by bank transfer, a pro forma invoice for the next period is sent at the end of each period; if it is not paid, the subscription ends at the end of the period. The buyer can end the subscription from the end of a period by writing to info@u2aistudio.com. One-off modules and services are completed on delivery.
Cancellation and refunds
As sales by bank transfer are made to companies only, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Under our Refund Policy, you can ask for a refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of the payment by writing to info@u2aistudio.com. For one-off modules and services, an order cancelled before work starts is refunded in full; once work has started, unused man-hours and modules not yet started are refunded; delivered work is not refunded. Refunds are made to the account the payment came from.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@u2aistudio.com. Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.

The details you give in the order are processed for the purposes stated in our Privacy Notice and KVKK Notice.

This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to your e-mail address when you place the order; you can ask for them again at any time at info@u2aistudio.com.
